“I told Mrs. - Ms Vian that I had a problem with sexual fantasies, that I was going to tie her up, and that - and I might have to tie the kids up, and that she would cooperate with this - cooperate with me at the time. We went back. She was extremely nervous. Think she even smoked a cigarette. And we went back to the - one of the back - back areas of the porch, I explained to her that I had done this before, and, you know, I think she, at that point in time I think she was sick ‘cause she had a night robe on, and I think, if I remember right, she was - she had been sick. I think she came out of the bedroom when I went in the house. So anyway, we went back to her bedroom, and I proceeded to tie the kids up, and they started crying and got real upset. So I said oh, this isn’t gonna work, so we moved ‘em to the bathroom. She helped me. And then I tied the door shut. We put some toys and blankets and odds and ends in there for the kids, make them as comfortable as we could. Tied the - we tied one of the bathroom doors shut so they couldn’t open it, and we shoved - she went back and helped me shove the bed up against the other bathroom door, and then I proceeded to tie her up. She got sick, threw up. Got her a glass of water, comforted her a little bit, and then went ahead and tied her up and then put a bag over her head and strangled her.”
Shortly before Ted Bundy was executed, he revealed what he had done to Georgeann Hawkins (one of his victims). He confessed that he had parked his Volkswagen in the shadows near some bushes by the fraternity houses. He laid a crowbar and some handcuffs on the ground near the rear of the car. Hobbling around on his crutches, he asked numerous women to help him carry his books to his car until Georgeann agreed to do so. They chatted amiably as they made their way to the car. As Georgeann approached the car to deposit the books through the passenger door, Bundy scooped up the crowcar from the ground and knocked her unconscious from behind. He handcuffed her and dragged her into the car, laying her on the floor in the space from which he had removed the passenger seat. Bundy drove out into the countryside with the unconscious Georgeann on the floor. At some point during the trip she regained consciousness and according to Bundy began to speak about a Spanish test she was supposedly taking the next day. Bundy drove out onto a dirt road, dragged her out of the car into the clearing, and struck her unconscious again with the crowbar. He then took a length of cord he kept in his car and strangled her to death. He dragged the body some thirty feet away from the car into a small grove of trees, and there he carefully undressed her. Fifteen years late, on the eve of his execution, he remembered undoing a pin that had kept her pants closed - a detail police had kept confidential. He then had sex with Georgeann’s corpse until dawn.
In the morning Bundy drove away from the site, throwing out along the way various items of Georgeann’s clothing and his killing tools. By the afternoon he realised that he had made a mistake. He returned to the murder site, and retracing his route, he recovered most of the items that he had thrown from his car. One thing perplexed Bundy: He could not find one of Georgeann’s shoes. To his horror, Bundy realised that they might be back at the location where he kidnapped her. Fearing that police were searching the area and might have a description of a Volkswagen parked there last night, Bundy rode a bike back to the kidnap site. There he discovered Georgeann’s other shoe and an earring that had come off when he struck her. He took away the remaining clues to Georgeann’s fate before police could find them.
Three days later, Bundy returned to where he had left Georgeann and had sex with her decomposing corpse one more time. Then he severed her head with a hacksaw and buried it in the ground about fifty feet away. Police never learned any of this until the last days prior to Bundy’s execution.
The Torture and Murder of Junko Furuta
In November of 1988, a college student, Junko Furuta, was kidnapped by four youngsters and kept in captivity for 44 days in the house of one of the youngsters parents. To prevent persecution, one of them forced Furuta to lie to her parents, saying she fled home but was safe in a friend’s house. Beyond that, she was also obliged to lie and say she was the girlfriend of one of her captors. The parents of the youngster had thought that it was lie, but there was nothing they could do since one of the abductors was a member of yakuza and threatened to use his connections against them if they said anything to anybody.
Day 1: Abducted; maintained in captivity; obliged to show herself as the girlfriend from one of the boys; raped (over 400 times in the total); hunger and malnutrition; made to eat cockroaches and drink her own urine; forced to masturbate; forced to undress in front of others; burned with lighters & cigarettes; objects inserted in the vagina/anus.
Day 11: She was beaten countless times; face pushed against the concrete; hands tied to the roof and body utilized like a punching bag; dumbbells played on her stomach; she vomited when she tried to drink water (her stomach couldn’t accept it); tried to flee and was punished with cigarette burns on the arms; flammable liquid was poured over her feet and legs, burning them; bottle was inserted into her anus, causing wounds.
Day 20: Was unable to walk right, due to grave burns in the legs; beaten up with bamboo sticks; fireworks were introduced into the anus and inflamed; hands crushed by pesos and nails cracked; beaten up with golf club; cigarettes inserted in the vagina; beaten up with iron bars; spits of grill chicken inserted in the vagina and in the anus, causing bleeding.
Day 30: Hot wax was poured on her face; eyelids burned by lighters; needles inserted into breasts; pulled off her nipple with pliers; hot light bulb inserted in the vagina; shears inserted in the vagina, causing grave hemorrhage; incapable of urination due to this; such grave wounds that she was delayed more than an hour to crawl the stairs to the toilet; eardrums seriously damaged; extreme reduction of the size of the brain.
Day 40: She asked her torturers to “kill me and finish soon with that”.
Day 44: The four boys mutilated her body with an iron bar; she bled from the mouth and nose; burned her face and eyes with a candle; then they spilled lighter fluid on her legs, arms, face and stomach, and afterwards it burned. The final torture lasted two hours.
Junko Furuta died of shock later in the day, in pain and alone. But nothing could compare to the 44 days of suffering that passed. When her mother heard the news and the details of what had been happening to her daughter, she lost it. She had of be submitted to a psychiatric hospital. The boys alleged they didn’t know how injured Junko was, thinking that she were pretending. They concealed the body in a cylinder of 55 full gallons of cement, ridding of it in Koto, Tokyo. Finally, the boys were tried as adults and imprisoned, but their identities were kept a secret from the public, thanks to the Japanese Law concerning crimes committed by minors.
It’s hard to say which of the many Paraphilias practiced by serial killers is the most disgusting, though coprophagy - i.e., deriving sexual pleasure from eating feces - clearly ranks high on the list. Needless to say, this was a favourite pastime of the monstrously perverted Albert Fish. During Fish’s 1935 trial for the cannibal murder of little Grace Budd, his attorney cited the old man’s fondness for eating human excrement as evidence of his extreme abnormality. The prosecution countered by calling a psychiatrist who insisted that “very successful people, successful artists, successful teachers, successful financiers” regularly engaged in the same activity. Such people, he declared, were “socially perfectly all right” - a bit of testimony that left many spectators wondering who was crazier, Fish or the supposed expert witness.
Jeffrey Dahmer would keep the skulls of his victims, he would also paint them. Here he explains why:
“Personally, I found the skulls somewhat erotic. I could sit and stare or fondle them for hours, fantasizing about killing more people. I really liked the skulls. Plus, I knew that if the police ever found a real skull in my possession, it would be confiscated. The paint was a form of disguise so they wouldn’t be taken.”
Aileen Wuornos (born February 29, 1956) was an American serial killer. The movie “Monster” is supposed to be based on her life. Her father, Leo Arthur Pittman, was a child molester who served time in Kansas and Michigan mental hospitals. He died by hanging while in prison in 1969. Wuornos’ mother abandoned Aileen and her brother in 1960 and left them in the care of their maternal grandparents. Wuornos claimed that her grandfather physically and sexually abused her as a child and that her grandmother was an alcoholic. She also said to have had sex with several partners upon the age of 12, including her brother Keith. Wuornos became pregnant at the age of 14 and delivered her son at a Detroit maternity home on March 23, 1971. The child was put up for adoption soon after. Wuornos began to work as a prostitute while still in school. She soon dropped out of school to work the streets full-time, earning her way as a teenage hooker and drifted across the country. In May 1974 Wuornos was jailed in Colorado for drunk driving and firing a gun from a moving vehicle. In 1976 she married 76-year-old yacht club president Lewis Gratz Fell. They were divorced six weeks later. From 1977 to 1989 Wuornos was arrested several times, used different names and made her way to Florida. Wuornos’ first victim was store owner Richard Mallory in Palm Harbor, Florida. According to Wuornos Mallory had sexually assaulted her on November 30 in 1989 after tying her to the car. She killed six more men between June 1990 and November 1990. After being identified and put in custody she made a full confession and cited self-defense for Mallory’s murder. She was convicted of his murder in January 1992. Although it was later uncovered that Mallory had served 10 years for violent rape in another state, Wuornos was never given a re-trial. Wuornos received six death sentences for the other murders. On October 9, 2002 she was executed.
The mental asylum in Romania was a warehouse for the mentally insane, the physically handicapped and even for some Christian pastors that had been drugged into insanity during the dark years of Ceaucescu’s reign of terror. A year after his assassination, little had been done to help those closeted away in the mountains of Transylvania.
What is a Paraphilia?
Paraphilia is a medical or behavioral science term for what is also referred to as: sexual deviation, sexual anomaly, sexual perversion or a disorder of sexual preference. It is the repeated, intense sexual arousal to unconventional (socially deviant) stimuli.
Richard Von Krafft-Ebing, a German psychiatrist credited with formally introducing the study of Sexology as a psychiatric phenomenon, identified paraphilias first in his 1886 Psychopathia Sexualis (Sexual Psychopathy). This highly influential psychiatric text laid the groundwork for the development of research and treatment in this area that has taken place over the last century.
Paraphilias are currently recognized as one of the categories of Sexual and Gender Identity Disorders in the DSM-IV-TR

The Victims of Jack the Ripper
The most widely accepted list, referred to as the canonical five, includes the following five prostitutes (or presumed prostitute in Eddowes’ case) in the East End of London:
- Mary Ann Nichols (maiden name Mary Ann Walker, nicknamed “Polly”), born on August 26, 1845, and killed on Friday, August 31, 1888. Nichols’ body was discovered at about 3:40 in the early morning on the ground in front of a gated stable entrance in Buck’s Row (since renamed Durward Street), a back street in Whitechapel two hundred yards from the London Hospital.
- Annie Chapman (maiden name Eliza Ann Smith, nicknamed “Dark Annie”), born in September 1841 and killed on Saturday, September 8, 1888. Chapman’s body was discovered about 6:00 in the morning lying on the ground near a doorway in the back yard of 29 Hanbury Street, Spitalfields.
- Elizabeth Stride (maiden name Elisabeth Gustafsdotter, nicknamed “Long Liz”), born in Sweden on November 27, 1843, and killed on Sunday, September 30, 1888. Stride’s body was discovered close to 01:00 in the early morning, lying on the ground in Dutfield’s Yard, off Berner Street (since renamed Henriques Street) in Whitechapel.
- Catherine Eddowes (used the aliases “Kate Conway” and “Mary Ann Kelly,” from the surnames of her two common-law husbands Thomas Conway and John Kelly), born on April 14, 1842, and killed on Sunday, September 30, 1888, on the same day as the previous victim, Elizabeth Stride. Ripperologists refer to this circumstance as the “double event”. Her body was found in Mitre Square, in the City of London.
- Mary Jane Kelly (called herself “Marie Jeanette Kelly” after a trip to Paris, nicknamed “Ginger”), reportedly born in either the city of Limerick or County Limerick, Munster, Ireland ca. 1863 and killed on Friday, November 9, 1888. Kelly’s gruesomely mutilated body was discovered shortly after 10:45 am lying on the bed in the single room where she lived at 13 Miller’s Court, off Dorset Street, Spitalfields.
Known as The Little Girl Killer, The Otaku Killer and Dracula, this Japanese serial killer mutilated and murdered four little girls. His murders spanned 1988–1989 and took place in Tokyo’s Saitama Prefecture. His youngest victim was four years old, the oldest was seven. He molested their corpses and drank the blood of one victim, also eating her hands. He terrorized the families of all four victims, sending them letters and postcards where he described his heinous crimes, and also may have called their houses.
He never repented for his crimes, was sentenced to death on April 14, 1997, and executed on June 17, 2008. The very mention of his name still draws contempt and disgust from the Japanese public.
